Designation : Freelance Corporate Sales Partner
Purpose of the Role: The incumbent will reach out to the potential clients (from their existing or new client relationships), pitch our services for getting new business.
- Will have to introduce and formalize new clients who have requirements for HR Services / Recruitment Services.
- Should have the ability to contact & speak to the CEO / HR / Recruitment Heads of Organizations for introduction.
- Should convince clients to provide their requirements on a regular basis.
- Should get the Recruitment terms formalized with the clients
- He/she will have to generate lead i.e. you will have to find potential corporate clients and convert them into our customers.
- You don't have to work full time for this role, you can work whenever you want. There will be no restrictions or targets.
- Should have own computer, Internet connection & phone to get started.
- Can work from any location.
- Excellent Communication & Convincing ability required.
Remuneration:Please note that this is a freelance role without any fixed remuneration. Remuneration will be in the form of Performance Based Variable Incentives at 15% for every successful closure of the total business developed by you.
